By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may increase.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional time or may not be serviceable depending on courier availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days depending on location, courier partner, and local conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays due to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, courier issues, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any additional charges such as remote area delivery fees may be applicable based on courier rules.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the courier partner for delivery.

6. Delivery Attempt and Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, customers must refuse delivery or record proper remarks with the courier partner.

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

Failure to report within the timeline may result in rejection of claims.

8. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and logistics constraints.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the shipment as delivered.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
