Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs the return, replacement, and refund of products purchased from NXTBIBE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is not physically damaged, scratched, altered, or tampered with.

Installed products, customized products, or products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used locks or smart locks

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Electrical damage due to power fluctuation

  • Water damage, rust, or corrosion

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Request Process

Please share order number, product images, and reason for return. Approval is subject to inspection.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once the product is received, our team will inspect it.
If approved, replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is found defective or damaged during transit, we will provide replacement subject to stock availability.

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is approved due to manufacturing defect or wrong product supplied.

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

8. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
